Abstract

Analysis of Data Needs Survey is one of the surveys conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to measure the level of customer satisfaction who comes to the BPS data and statistical information service unit. Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Bulungan Regency 2022is presented in the form of a publication containing analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of service satisfaction, analysis of anti-corruption behavior, analysis of data needs, and analysis of data quality satisfaction. In addition, this analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of a Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI) according to services and IKK according to data quality and an Anti-Corruption Perception Index (ACPI).
