Abstract

Data Needs Survey is one of the surveys conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to measure the level of customer satisfaction that comes to the BPS statistical data and information service units. Result of the Analysis of the Data Needs Survey Bulungan Regency 2019 are presented in the form of publications containing analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of customer satisfaction and analysis of service satisfaction. In addition, this analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
