Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS of Bulungan Regency 2024

Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services stipulates that every public service provider is obliged to evaluate the performance of public service implementers. One form of this evaluation is realized through the implementation of the Public Satisfaction Survey (SKM) as regulated in the Regulation of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Compiling Public Satisfaction Surveys of Public Service Provider Units.The Central Statistics Agency (BPS), as one of the public service providers that provides statistical data and information, always strives to provide excellent service to consumers. BPS has routinely held SKM every year which is integrated into the Data Needs Survey (SKD). This survey, in addition to aiming to obtain the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data services, also aims to identify data needs and the level of consumer satisfaction with the quality of data produced by BPS.The report on the results of the implementation of the 2024 SKD is presented in the form of a publication entitled "Analysis of the Results of the BPS Bulungan Regency Data Needs Survey 2024". This publication contains an overview of consumer data needs and consumer perceptions of BPS PST service performance as well as consumer perceptions of BPS data quality. The main indicators presented in this publication include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).This publication was made possible thanks to good cooperation between related work units. We hope that this publication can be useful for improving the quality of BPS data and service performance.
