Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (ROR) for star hotels and other accommodations in North Kalimantan Province in February 2023 was 34.20 percent or an increase of 4.60 points compared to the TPK in January 2023 which was recorded at 29.59 percent.
The Room Occupancy Rate (ROR) for star hotels in North Kalimantan Province in February 2023 was 50.60 percent, an increase of 6.73 points compared to the TPK in January 2023 which was 43.88 percent.
The Room Occupancy Rate (ROR) of non-star hotels/other accommodations in North Kalimantan Province in February 2023 was 28.90 percent, an increase of 2.85 points compared to the TPK in January 2023 which was 26.05 percent.
The number of foreign tourist visits in February 2023 was recorded at 2,670 visits or an increase of 1,236 visits compared to the previous month which reached 1,434 visits.
Cumulatively, the number of foreign tourists (tourists) visiting North Kalimantan in the 2023 period reached 4,104 visits.
Sea transport passengers departing decreased from 14,286 people to 12,970 people in February 2023. The number of goods loaded decreased from 1,167,819 tons to 839,902 tons in February 2023.
The number of airplanes departing from airports in North Kalimantan was recorded to have decreased from 425 to 393 flights in February 2023.
The number of departing passengers decreased from 24,573 to 23,493 in February 2023.
