Abstract

Farmers' Exchange Rate (NTP) is the ratio of the price index received by farmers (IT) to the price index paid by farmers (IB).
NTP is one indicator to see the level of ability/purchasing power of farmers in rural areas. NTP also shows the exchange power of agricultural products with goods and services consumed as well as for production costs.
North Kalimantan Province NTP February 2023 amounted to 113.47 or up 0.87 percent compared to NTP in January 2023. The increase in NTP was caused by changes in the price index received by farmers (IT) higher than the price index paid by farmers (IB).
NTP per North Kalimantan Province Subsector in February 2023, namely the Exchange Rate of Food Crops (NTPP) of 98.40; The exchange rate of horticultural farmers (NTPH) is 105.21; The exchange rate of farmers of the people's plantation (NTPR) is 177.15; Anniversary of Animal Husbandry Farmers (NTPT) of 105.40; and the exchange rate of fishermen and fish farmers (NTNP) of 104.46.
The exchange rate of the North Kalimantan Provincial Agricultural Household Business (NTUP) in February 2023 is 114.68 or up 0.46 percent compared to the previous month's NTUP.
In February 2023 there was a decrease in the Household Consumption Index (IKRT) in North Kalimantan by -0.06 percent caused by a decrease in indexes in food, drinks and tobacco -0.09 percent.
