Abstract

  • Economy of Bulungan Regency based on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) based on current prices in the second quarter of 2021 reached Rp 4.97 trillion and based on constant 2010 prices reached Rp 2.96 trillion.
  • Economy of Bulungan Regency in the second quarter of 2021 compared to the second quarter of 2020 grew 5.95 percent (y-on-y). From the production side, growth was driven by almost all business fields, the highest achieved by the Health Services and Social Activities business sector of 10 ,77 percent.
  • Economy of Bulungan Regency in the second quarter of 2021 compared to the first quarter of 2021 grew by 2.85 percent (q-to-q). In terms of production, growth was due to the growth of several business fields, the largest of which were Government Administration, Defense and Mandatory Social Security by 11.87 percent.
  • Economy of Bulungan Regency in semester I-2021 compared to semester I-2020 grew 1.94 percent (c-to-c). In terms of production, the highest growth was in the Health Services and Social Activities Business Field of 9.84 percent.
  • In spatial terms, the economy of North Kalimantan Province in the second quarter of 2021 grew by 5.81 percent. Tana Tidung Regency grew the highest at 6.32 percent; followed by Tarakan City by 6.03 percent; Bulungan Regency by 5.95 percent; Nunukan Regency by 5.92 percent; and Malinau Regency with the lowest growth of 5.89 percent.
  • In Kalimantan Utara Province, Tarakan City's economic contribution is still dominated by 38.2 percent, followed by Nunukan Regency with 26.3 percent, Bulungan Regency with 18.3 percent, Malinau Regency with 11.3 percent and Tana Tidung Regency with the lowest contribution of 5 percent. ,9 percent.
