Abstract

Bulungan's economy based on the amount of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP) based on current prices in the fourth quarter of 2021 reached Rp 5.26 trillion and based on constant 2010 prices reached Rp 3.10 trillion.
Bulungan economy in the fourth quarter of 2021 compared to the previous quarter grew by 1.85 percent (q-to-q).
In terms of production, the Electricity and Gas Procurement Business Field experienced the highest growth of 6.56 percent.
The Bulungan economy in the fourth quarter of 2021 compared to the fourth quarter of 2020 grew by 7.24 percent (y-on-y). In terms of production, the Electricity and Gas Procurement Business Field experienced the highest growth of 17.94 percent.
The Bulungan Economy in Quarter I to IV-2021 against Quarter I to IV-2020 experienced a growth of 4.01 percent (c-to-c). In terms of production, the largest growth occurred in Health Services and Social Activities by 9.60 percent.
Spatially, the economic growth of North Kalimantan Province in the fourth quarter of 2021 (y-o-y) grew by 7.08 percent. The increase in growth was mainly due to the economic growth of all districts/cities. The highest growth occurred in Tana Tidung Regency, which was 9.47 percent; followed by Malinau Regency 8.79 percent; Bulungan Regency by 7.24 percent; Nunukan Regency by 6.79 percent; and Tarakan City by 6.49 percent.
