Abstract

Human Development Index (HDI) is an indicator of the achievement of community quality of life development which is compiled based on three basic dimensions of human development–a long and healthy life, knowledge, and decent standard of living. HDI of Bulungan Regency in 2024 reached 73.83, an increase of 0.63 points (0.86 percent) compared to the previous year (73.20). The growth of the HDI of Bulungan Regency in 2024 experienced a slowdown compared to the previous year. This was due to a slowdown in the dimension of decent standard of living represented by adjusment real expenditure per capita.
