Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (ROR) for star hotels and other accommodations in Kalimantan Utara Province in July 2021 was 18.86 percent or decreased by 10.88 points compared to the ROR in June 2021 which was recorded at 29.74 percent.
Room Occupancy Rate (ROR) for star hotels in Kalimantan Utara Province in July 2021 was 33.07 percent, a decrease of 18.61 points compared to June 2021 TPK which was 51.67 percent.
Room Occupancy Rate (ROR) for non-star hotels/other accommodations in Kalimantan Utara Province in July 2021 was 14.03 percent, a decrease of 8.37 points compared to June 2021 ROR which was 22.41 percent.
The number of foreign tourist visits in July 2021 was recorded at 30,461 visits or an increase of 5,828 visits compared to the previous month which reached 24,633 visits.
Cumulatively, the number of foreign tourists visiting Kalimantan Utara Province in the January - July 2021 period reached 192,705 visits, while during January - July 2020 it reached 237,435 visits.
