Statistics Coaching of Desa Cantik

Tanjung Selor, 24 June 2021 - Desa Cinta Statistik (Desa Cantik) is a program to increase the competence of village officials in managing and utilizing data so that village development planning is more targeted. Therefore, Desa Cantik Team of BPS-Statistics of Bulungan Regency held a Statistical Coaching in Apung Village.

During the training, the Desa Cantik Team explained the stages of statistical activities contained in the GSBPM (Generic Statistical Business Process Model). In addition to theory, the Apung Village apparatus also carries out practice. Starting from identifying the data needs needed in making village monographs, good and correct interviews, and how to use the data they have to put in the form of simple infographics.

The event was closed with remarks from the Change Champion as well as the coach of the Desa Cantik Program at BPS-Statistics of Kalimantan Utara Province. He advised that the knowledge given during this training could be useful for village officials and could be implemented in village development planning in Apung Village.
