Abstract

Prices for goods/services in the Tanjung Selor Municipality in October 2022 experienced year on year (y-on-y) inflation of 9.11 percent, monthly inflation of 0.32 percent, and calendar year inflation of 7.51 percent.

Year-on-year (y-on-y) inflation in Tanjung Selor City was affected by price increases in the Transportation group by 34.24 percent, the Equipment, Equipment and Routine Household Maintenance group by 10.85 percent, the Food, Beverage and Tobacco group by 9, 86 percent, the Housing, Water, Electricity and Household Fuel group by 6.66 percent, the Personal Care and Other Services group by 6.08 percent, the Recreation, Sports and Culture group by 2.26 percent, the Health group by 0 .57 percent, the Food and Beverage/Restaurant Provision group by 0.24 percent, the Education group 0.00 percent, and the Information, Communication and Financial Services group by -1.12 percent.
