  • Unlike the previous year, the increase in HDI of Kalimantan Utara Province in 2021 was supported by an increase in all its components. Adjusted per capita expenditure, which previously experienced a decline, has increased again, by 3.64 percent compared to 2020.
  • In the education dimension, residents who will be 7 years old in 2021 have an expectation of 12.94 years of schooling or almost equivalent to the education period to complete education up to Diploma I level, 0.01 years longer than those of the same age in 2020.
