Cost Living Survey 2022 Field Officer Training

Tanjung Selor, 17 November 2021 - Cost Living Survey 2022 is a survey to obtain public consumption patterns as material for the preparation of the weighing chart and new commodity packages in calculating the Consumer Price Index (CPI). To get maximum results in these activities, BPS-Statistics of Bulungan Regency held a field officer training for Cost Living Survey 2022 for three days on November 15th-17th 2021 at the Grand Prince Khar Hotel.

This training was attended by 45 prospective field officers and 2 national instructors. During the training, all participants and the committee adhered to the health protocol.

Cost Living Survey 2022 is expected to be able to provide CPI data as a basis for calculating inflation/deflation which is an important economic indicator in determining government policies.
